I absolutely love this app .It's the best belly fat loss app so far and I have tried out like FIVE different apps this month (The diets and all the excercises at the same time are driving me crazy 🤣🥴 ! ). This is a great app and I completed this 12 days challange got results. The exercise were not that hard and I was able to reduce my belly by doing these exercises. I'm planning to start again the 12 day workout plan to maintain my belly size. The ads shown was also not that troublesom.
