This is the one which I have been looking for ages. Indic language support! Lightweight. You are simply the leader amongst the crowd. I've tried a few for Hindi and Bengali, this one renders text with about 90-95% accuracy. Keep it up π One suggestion.. please mention clearly in "read - more" section that other language support grabs text of that language, because there are some apps that ambiguously mention other language support for translation and not doing OCR. A user's comment was useful for me to know about Indic OCR feature of this app which is not translation. π

This app deserves a reward. It works far better than my Samsung $2k device built-in text scanner! It's even flawless with languages like Greek! I would highly appreciate if it recognised lines and paragraphs as they are in the original document, but that's nothing compared to the accuracy provided. Many congratulations to the devs.

Awesome straight out of box does the job! No fuss. No unnecessary permissions. Great app. Top results when searching playstore for OCR want horrific levels of permissions and wouldn't work when I turned them off.
